The article examines how skydivers cope with the weather while participating in competitions. Our study focused on how athletes’ heart rate variability is affected by climate and daily rhythms. The study revealed that the total power of the heart rate variability spectrum (TR ms2) and autonomic homeostasis (MxDMn ms) are predictors of adaptation to climatic conditions in the studied ethnic groups during the competitive period.
