Prevention and treatment of essential hypertension by dietary nutrition

A type of prevalent and frequent cardiovascular illness that cannot be disregarded is essential hypertension. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have demonstrated the critical role that dietary nutrition plays in the prevention and management of essential hypertension. This article’s goal is to explore how food and nutrition relate to the prevention and management of essential hypertension.It has been discovered via the synthesis and analysis of several literature research that sensible dietary practices, nutrient consumption, and essential hypertension are closely related. When it comes to the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension, a reasonable and balanced diet can significantly improve patients’ physical function, nutritional status, and ability to tolerate their medications. There have been an increasing number of research in recent years on dietary nutrition’s role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. In order to examine the precise mechanism and the most effective dietary nutrition approach in the prevention and treatment of hypertension, this study will use this as the research object and literature research methodology.
