In this paper,a geological disaster early warning model is constructed based on GIS,and a susceptibility evaluation system is constructed by using GIS spatial information system to obtain seven influencing factors, including slope, topographic relief, slope shape, rock and soil mass type, geological structure, land use type and vegetation coverage rate. The information quantity value of each influencing factor is determined based on the information model method. At the same time, the hidden points of geological disasters in research area are superimposed and the prone zones are divided to provide reference for the prediction and prevention of geological disasters in this area.
