Information modeling of construction project management processes at the design stage

The article analyzes the current situation and the results of BIM research at home and abroad, compares the advantages and disadvantages of BIM technology and traditional two-dimensional drawing technology in project management, analyzes the characteristics of projects and the problems that need to be solved. The principles of modern project management are given. The project management process is established on the basis of theoretical methods. The results of the study have a certain theoretical value for the implementation of BIM in construction practice and increasing the level of integration of management information.
