Selection and Economic Evaluation of Production Process for Titanium Slag Smelting in Yunnan

Given the significant titanium resources in Yunnan Province, discuss the economic viability of their development and utilization. This paper presents an overview of the titanium ore resources and the process of titanium slag smelting in Yunnan Province, examines the rationale for selecting a DC arc furnace for titanium slag smelting in Yunnan province. The process offers advantages such as high production capacity, comprehensive utilization of flue gas, energy efficiency, and low electrode consumption. It also assesses input, consumption, and benefits. The project delivers significant social and economic benefits with strong risk mitigation capabilities.
