Today, one of the ways to solve the problem of global warming in the world is to develop alternative energy sources and reduce or eliminate the number of traditional energy sources. Many researchers and scientists are improving the structural and software components of traditional wind power plants, which turbines rotate vertically or horizontally, and increase the efficiency of wind power plants. This article describes the principle of operation and basic equipment of a new type of wind power plant. The structural scheme of the sailing wind power plant and the principle of operation of the object of the system of automatic control of cyclic oscillations of its working body depending on the wind speed are proposed. The scheme of the method of increasing the operating time by constantly transferring the energy produced by a synchronous generator with a permanent magnet to the network and simplifying the operation of the frequency converter is proposed. Thus, the main works of the new sailing wind power plant, which converts wind power and resistance to electricity, were demonstrated.
