This article discusses the development history of alternative energy sources and how they are organized. It also explores the factors preventing their widespread adoption in production, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using non-conventional renewable energy sources. Solar energy has been powering wind, water, ocean heat, biomass, and the formation of peat, lignite, coal, oil, and natural gas for thousands of years, but it is stored indirectly over long periods. We can also utilize solar energy as a source of electricity and heat. To achieve this, we need to develop devices that concentrate solar energy in small areas and amounts.
