As China’s tourism industry enters a new era of high-quality development, the immersive experience becomes a business form full of challenge to keep theme parks’ sustainable development. In order to promote win-win strategies for theme parks and tourists, this paper takes Chengdu Happy Valley as an example to focus on the tourist satisfaction and constructs the evaluation system. Questionnaire survey and IPA analysis method have been used to obtain the immersive experience quality data. Based on SPSS27.0 software, IPA quadrants of Tourists' satisfaction have been analyzed. The results show that four quadrants are formed as relative advantage area, maintenance management area, key improvement area and priority improvement area. Specific suggestions have been put forward to enhance the theme park core competitiveness and tourists' satisfaction, so as to provide references for the sustainable development of theme parks.
