As urbanization accelerates, sustainable development draws global attention. Smart bracelets, innovative wearable devices merging tech and design, can monitor environment data and guide user behavior. In a six - month pilot in a first - tier city, 500 users with environment - monitoring smart bracelets checked air quality and noise data 180 times on average. Around 45% adjusted daily activities like travel post - data check, favoring public transport and cutting outdoor time in polluted hours. Also, 30% reduced energy use after using the resource - guidance function, with a 15 - kWh monthly drop in household power consumption. By analyzing their design, tech and urban applications, this paper explores how smart bracelets boost urban sustainability. They prove crucial for raising environmental awareness, optimizing resources and promoting green living.
