A solvothermal synthesis method was used to develop new porous materials Moscow-BC and MOF-Cu-BTC. The thermal stability of the obtained 300°C for MOF-Cu-BTC has been established with an increase to 350°C for MOF-Co-BTC. The obtained MOF-Co-BC and MOF-Cu-BTC structures demonstrated a rapid response to the determination of an ultra-sensitive amount of water, showing high selectivity and spontaneous reversible reaction to water vapor. Contact with water vapor is accompanied by the following transition: [Me2(BTC)(OH)(H2O)] - [Me(HBTC)(H2O)3], reaching the maximum value of the amount of absorbed water 45.61 mmol/g for MOF-Co-BTC 42.32 mmol/g and MOF-Cu-BTC. These systems can be used as gas analyzers and sensors in industry.
