Analysis of the development process and future trend of roadheader technology from traditional to intelligent

As the key equipment of tunnel and mine engineering, the technical progress of roadheader has undergone an important transformation from traditional mechanization to intelligence. This paper systematically reviews the development process of roadheader technology, focuses on the innovation of traditional mechanical principle, hydraulic and electrification technology, and summarizes the application and progress of intelligent technologies such as digital control, intelligent sensing system and artificial intelligence in the field of roadheader in recent years. At the same time, combined with specific engineering cases, the application effect of roadheader in different geological environments is analyzed. Finally, the future trend of roadheader technology is prospected, including intelligent upgrading, multidisciplinary technology integration and the development of green construction technology, so as to provide reference for the innovative development and engineering practice of roadheader technology.
