With the arrival of the era of national tourism in China, the hotel industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities. However, the traditional hotel management model and service methods have a certain lag, which is difficult to meet the diversified needs and increasingly high taste pursuit of consumers in the era of national tourism. Therefore, the hotel industry urgently needs to keep up with the pace of the times, actively explore new development paths, and quickly improve hotel management level and service quality. Based on this background, this article focuses on the era of mass tourism and closely revolves around the development needs of mid to high end hotels. It proposes a new type of health and wellness hotel management model and reform and innovation ideas for human resource management work, aiming to provide a way for China's hotel industry to achieve revitalization and development in the new era and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of hotels.
