The study of the main directions of the implementation of the concept of health saving implemented by Russian railways in the framework of ensuring longevity and active employment of employees

Abstract
Purpose: to review and systematize the positive results (effects) from the implementation of the concept of health saving by the Russian Railways company. Methods: observation, systematization, analysis of statistical indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate and government programs in the field of healthcare, research of the materials of regulatory legal acts of the railway company. As a result of the conducted research, the hypothesis is put forward that purposeful and systematic efforts, activities of large industry organizations (in particular, the Russian Railways railway holding) to ensure and preserve the health of the working person are an essential additional element in national and global health systems. Conclusion: as a result of the implementation of comprehensive measures of the corporate concept of health care for employees of the Russian Railways company, the implementation of the concept of a Healthy lifestyle in the company, the trend of annual growth of the integral indicator of a healthy lifestyle has been revealed; the system of measures for medical examination, accessibility of medical care, provision of services within the framework of voluntary medical insurance, introduction of the concept of a healthy lifestyle, transition to digital corporate medicine, involvement of personnel in systematic corporate sports has led to the fact that mortality due to the main causes of mortality among workers of working age in Russian Railways is lower than the average in Russia by about 3 times, which underlines the effectiveness of corporate measures to ensure the health of citizens.
