Abstract
In this study, an efficient combined treatment study of oily sludge using chemical surfactants and the highly efficient oxidant H2O2/Fe2+ was proposed to analyse its degradation effect and degradation efficiency. Most of the organic oil in the oily sludge was eluted by the chemical surfactant, while the residual oil, which was difficult to elute, was further removed by oxidation and decomposition of H2O2/Fe2+. This method greatly improves the removal of organic oils from oily sludge
