The analytical description of the shape of contact curves and the thickness of processed material in the technological zone of a two-roll module in a dynamic mode is given, considering the deformation pattern of the processed material. It is determined that one of the factors that most influence the shape of the contact curve is the ratio of the compression rate of the coating deformation to the corresponding material feed rate. It is established that the minimum thickness of the material processed in a two- roll module depends on the initial thickness of the processed material, the gap between the rolls, and the ratio of the compression rate of the coating deformation to the corresponding material rate.
