The aim of this paper is to examine the technology of MHM and PHE systems used in the single family housing project of the architectural company Natkaniec Olechnicki Architekci. The project consists of the ten onestorey houses which will be constructed in the village Chyby, located 20 kilometers from Poznań (Poland).
