An approach for reducing the air conditioning costs in office buildings in Vietnam

According to statistics from the Ho Chi Minh Energy Saving Center, the electricity costs of the air conditioning system for office buildings are about 70% of the electricity costs. There are many solutions that have been proposed to reduce the operating costs of the air conditioning systems, this article discusses a method of accumulating cold to reduce the cost of electricity for the air conditioning system of an office building.
