Modeling of housing stock sustainable reproduction and programs of renovation

The existing problems of unsatisfactory functioning of the housing and communal urban economy require additional efforts to ensure its sustainable operation at all stages of the life cycle of its reproduction, especially at the phase of operation of the housing stock. The problems of increasing the socio-economic efficiency of reproduction of residential real estate and housing renovation programs at the stage of operation of residential real estate from the standpoint of conceptual modeling of organizational and economic mechanisms are investigated. The purpose of this study is to model institutional mechanisms of sustainable reproduction of housing stock and renovation programs of housing stock at the stage of operation of residential real estate from the standpoint of conceptual modeling of organizational and economic mechanisms, theoretical approaches, practical and methodological recommendations based on cost management of eco-oriented life cycles of renovation, current and capital repairs in order to minimizing the cost of home ownership for cluster systems of residential property owners. Scientific results: development of conceptual approaches, theoretical models, organizational and economic mechanisms and scientific and practical models, as well as recommendations for sustainable reproduction of housing stock and renovation programs in conditions of increasing turbulence of the economy, focused on priority environmental and cost management and minimizing the cost of ownership of residential real estate.
