The growing awareness of environmental issues has highlighted the importance of integrating ecological principles into everyday living to promote overall well-being. This study aims to explore the relationship between environmental sustainability and healthy lifestyle practices. It seeks to identify and promote strategies that integrate ecological balance with personal wellness, ultimately advocating for a sustainable approach to health. The study involves a comprehensive review of existing literature on ecological health and wellness, focusing on case studies that demonstrate the successful integration of eco-friendly practices into daily living. The research also examines urban planning strategies that prioritize green space utilization and pollution reduction as means to enhance public health. Findings indicate that promoting eco-friendly habits, such as reducing waste, utilizing renewable energy sources, and increasing urban green spaces, can significantly improve air and water quality, thereby enhancing overall health and well-being. The study also identifies a direct correlation between the availability of green spaces and improved mental health outcomes. Integrating ecological principles into lifestyle choices is crucial for achieving sustainable wellness. This research underscores the need for policies that encourage sustainable living practices as a foundation for public health and quality of life improvements.
