This study discusses women’s rights protection in the context of disaster management that occurred in Indonesia. This topic is important considering that Indonesia is a country that often experiences disasters, and women are a group that is vulnerable to becoming victims of these disasters. This study uses normative legal research method and relies on secondary data in the form of several legal materials. The analysis of this study uses qualitative method using statutory and conceptual approaches. This study concludes that there are still several weaknesses in the national disaster law system, especially in terms of practice and law enforcement. Therefore, women’s rights as disaster victims still do not receive maximum protection.
