Economic and legal mechanisms for developing innovative production in agricultural engineering enterprises

The paper presents options for the development of the system of investment financing mechanisms in the field of agricultural machinery based on the possibilities of Russian legislation, taking into account the need to import machinery and technologies. The prospects of using customs procedures in accordance with the EAEU law and national legislation of Russia are studied. The perspectives of this kind of attraction of necessary equipment and technologies in the conditions of high interest rates on loans and sanctions pressure are noted.
