To maximize the effectiveness and dependability of material conveyance systems, this research explores the differential management of pressure variations in pneumatic transport systems and machinery. Cotton and other materials are moved through pipes using pneumatic transport, which relies on a regulated air flow. Pressure control is important to ensuring a reliable and efficient transport process. The research looks at a number of techniques for managing pressure changes, including system feedback mechanisms, valve adjustments, and changes to the airflow rate. A thorough study of pressure regulation strategies addresses important issues such as saving system stability, reducing energy usage, and avoiding material obstructions. Experimental data is used to show the impact of different pressure control strategies on the performance of pneumatic transport systems and machinery, providing insights into achieving optimal pressure differentials for enhanced system efficiency and reduced operational expenses. This research contributes to advancing the understanding and implementation of pressure regulation in pneumatic transport systems, with potential applications in industries such as cotton material handling and automated manufacturing
