Research and Analysis on Carbon Emissions of Substation Construction Projects Based on the Whole Construction Cycle
Economic and Technological Research Institute of Shanxi Electric Power Company of SGCC, China
Under the “dual carbon” target of China, research on the carbon emissions generated during the construction of substations as intermediate hubs for power transmission is also very important. This article calculates and studies the carbon emissions generated by various parts of the construction of substations throughout the entire construction cycle, identifies the main projects with a high proportion of carbon emissions in substations, and explores solutions to reduce carbon emissions based on the characteristics of carbon emissions in different projects.
