Features of the formation of digital infrastructure in the Republic of Tajikistan: Dushanbe case

This study is devoted to the urgent problem of the formation of the digital infrastructure of the Republic of Tajikistan. The key measures for the implementation of this goal in the republic are considered, in particular, the activities of the Dushanbe Smart City project and its main areas of work on the introduction of digital goods and services in the city are analyzed. The role of the newly formed Dushanbe IT park in promoting the sustainable development of digitalization in various industries is substantiated. An analysis of the regulatory framework for digital transformation was also carried out and the main challenges in the implementation of this process were identified. In general, the digital infrastructure of the city of Dushanbe is at the stage of active development and already has certain positive trends.
