Research on Safety Assessment of Chemical Factory Based on G1—CRITIC Method and Cloud Model
Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo, Henan, 454003, PR China
To assess the safety risk level of chemical factory comprehensively and objectively, a safety assessment index system including 4 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators was constructed, and a safety assessment cloud model of chemical factory based on the hybrid weight of the analysis of rank correlation(G1 Method) and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC) was proposed, which was applied to a chemical factory. The results show that the safety level of this chemical factory is relatively safe. The subjective and objective hybrid weighting method improves the data objectivity and reasonable interpretability of the weighting results, and contains information such as expert opinions and data characteristics to the greatest extent. The proposed safety assessment cloud model can assess the safety status of a chemical factory well, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
