Research on the influence assessment technology of cost market elements in construction stage based on gray correlation method
State Grid Fujian Economic Research Institute Fuzhou, Fujian Province, 350013, China
with the acceleration of the construction of the national unified market, promote the factor resources flow across the country, for the study of the national unified market transmission project cost component evolution trend, and cause transmission project cost fluctuation of internal and external factors, reveal to adapt to the low carbon construction cost transmission mechanism, not only to analyze the project cost market factors, leverages advanced transmission and distribution project cost monitoring methodologies by integrating real-world project execution Initially, it identifies critical external market variables influencing project costs, such as material price fluctuations and labor market dynamics, through a systematic analysis of empirical construction data. Subsequently, the grey relational analysis framework is applied to quantify the impact intensity of each determinant, enabling a hierarchical prioritization of cost drivers. This dual-phase approach—combining field data interpretation with GRA-based sensitivity assessment—offers actionable insights for optimizing cost management strategies during the implementation phase.
