This research aims to evaluate the tourism management of Nglinggo Tourism Village by assessing stakeholder perceptions based on the 4A components: Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary services. A mixed-method approach was used, combining quantitative surveys with 98 respondents (37 internal and 61 external stakeholders) and qualitative observations. The findings indicate that attractions and ancillary services received relatively high ratings from both internal and external respondents. However, significant differences in perception were found in accessibility and amenities. Internal stakeholders generally rated all aspects more positively than external respondents, a pattern confirmed through independent t-tests showing statistically significant differences. These gaps highlight the importance of incorporating tourist feedback into future planning. The study concludes that although the tourism village has strengths in attractions and community-based support, strategic improvements in access and facilities are necessary to enhance visitor satisfaction and destination competitiveness.
