In construction objects with finds increasingly more technologies with which related need their monitoring. With these technologies are narrowly connected considerable volumes data and information that are often connected not only with regular maintenance to ensure ensured flowed operability given object and also unexpected events as for example emergency or crisis situation. Unquestionable step by step digitalization is ahead processes, in life cycle given construction. Just now digitization what the largest quantity data should help increase efficiency at report and maintenance buildings and projects as such. For example suitable tools for this purpose are for example building information model in combination with CAFM systems for efficient administration and operation buildings. For this purpose findings status awareness of the possibilities use digital tools and subsequent applications in the field operations buildings was created questionnaire survey, focused mostly on entities acting professionally in phase operations buildings.
