From energy-saving buildings, ultra-low energy consumption buildings to near zero energy consumption buildings, green building design from exploration to high pursuit is inseparable from the continuous improvement and progress of energy-saving technology, as well as the national policy support and encouragement. The strategies and methods adopted by the completed successful examples of the complete set of technology are summarized, so as to facilitate practitioners to adopt and use for reference. This study is suitable for the promotion of a complete set of technical schemes for near zero energy consumption buildings in severe cold areas. The promotion scheme is suitable for the needs of customers at different levels and is easy to promote. It mainly solves the urgent desire and a large number of practical market demand problems of new urbanization construction for near zero energy consumption buildings with lower energy consumption, more comfortable, healthier and higher quality living environment.
