Assessment of piston quality using QFD-analysis

The article examines the state and prospects of agricultural machinery in the Russian Federation, studies of the parameters of accuracy and quality of ZMZ engine pistons using QFD analysis. As a result of the construction of the “House of Quality” for the use of the ZMZ engine piston at repair enterprises, it is necessary to carry out the following measures: enhanced control of piston markings; advanced training of workers who process the piston surface; improved control over the mass of manufactured pistons.
