Considering the current situation in the digital transformation of the processes related to the capital construction facility and interaction through information modeling, it is possible to identify the main systems required to implement the idea of digital twin. These systems include information models, process automation and dispatching, infrastructure task management and others. However, an important issue is the guarantee of continuous transfer of machine-readable information about the capital construction object at all levels of its interaction. From the presented range of attributive parameters, the criteria that directly or indirectly affect the decisions on the operation of the capital construction object are highlighted. A methodology has been developed that allows for the assessment of the criterion attributes and the idea of obtaining a comprehensive assessment of a capital construction project at the stage of its operation has been proposed. The proposed idea can be flexibly used when assessing a model of a capital construction project using information modeling technologies.
