Improving state financial control as a factor in the sustainable development of agriculture in the region (using the example of the Sverdlovsk region)

The legal and economic conditions for improving individual elements of financial control in the regions of Russia are considered within the framework of this article. The authors conclude that it is necessary to increase the volume of funds raised from non-budgetary sources for the agricultural sector, the introduction of an electronic procurement system, an electronic platform for investment projects based on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Sverdlovsk Region. As a result, the efficiency of using budget funds in their distribution from the Ministry to organizations, the quality and quantity of control activities on the use of budget funds in agriculture will improve, and a specific criterion will appear for calculating the efficiency of use of funds.
