Higher education supports SDG 13 (Climate Action) through green campus programs. The green campus program is one of the mitigation program for climate change and increase students’ awareness of green behaviour on campus. This study aims to measure students’ perceptions of green behaviour from an environmental perspective such as environmental behaviour, attitude, knowledge and value. Quantitative approach used in this study with path analysis. This study’s total respondents was 100 students from numerous universities in East Java. The sampling technique employed was purposive random sampling, targeting students from universities participating in the UI Green Metric program. Results of this study indicate that among the four dimensions, environmental knowledge and attitude have larger regression paths than environmental value and environmental behaviour. Student perception indicates that green creative behaviour can be developed by contributing environmental knowledge and attitude.
